Dear Mark,

After installing CSMU’s gas technology to my 70 Series V8 Landcruiser I am more than impressed with the results.  The system has now been installed for a number of months and although still in the “tweeking’ stages I have benefited in increased fuel economy and power as well as torque.

The vehicle is by no means standard, having been modified by increasing the chassis length by 1400mm and adding an extra axle with the whole suspension converted to air bags.  I could get approximately 480 kilometers from a tank (90 litres) of diesel before the CSMU gas technology was fitted.  After the gas installation, I am now achieving an extra 100 kilometers for the same amount of diesel and 25 litres of gas.  This is approximately running a 18.5% gas to diesel ratio.  There has also been a substantial increase in power.  When you take into consideration that the vehicle’s Tare weight , not loaded weight is 3.8 tonnes and I am achieving almost the same fuel consumption as a standard Landcruiser tray top these figures become even more impressive.  I was also impressed with the way the gas “cleans” the oil up and makes it less sludgey between services.

I have no doubt that with more fine-tuning these figures will become even better.  I want to get the ratio up to between 20% - 22% gas to diesel.

I would like to commend you and your team at CSMU for the time taken in achieving these results.  Any problems were quickly addressed and corrected.  The whole team has a professional attitude and willingness to help.  I was attracted to your installation because every installation carried out is customised to the individual vehicle whereas other systems are a one fit / covers all similar vehicle system.

I wish you and your company the success you deserve and unequivocally recommend anyone with the intention to convert a diesel engine to gas to go and see the team at CSMU and have the job done professionally with outstanding results.

Yours Sincerely,

Phil Wilson

Dear Mark,

Thank you for coming to Melbourne last week to install your system on my third truck.
The other two trucks are running perfectly and we are enjoying both fuel savings and
additional torque.

In today's' competitive environment we need to look closely at all our costs in order to
be successful. Your system has been both cost effective for our business and very
reliable.

My drivers are also enjoying the improved drivability your system provides.
One of the aspects of importance when choosing your system was that there was no
need to modify or rebuild our trucks' engines. Your system just complemented the
existing engine. This along with your extended mechanical breakdown cover gave us
great peace of mind.

Mark we are also impressed with the ability to remotely tune our trucks. This has
been invaluable due to our distant proximity to your office. Our trucks are running at
peak performance - all the time.
I hope your company enjoys a great deal of success and will continue to provide us
with new systems as we expand.

Regards

Allan Clark

Dear Mark,

I welcome the opportunity to express my total satisfaction with your diesel/gas system. I have had the system on my Izuzu since the middle of last year and am currently enjoying both fuel savings and better performance from my diesel engine. As my vehicle is driven almost non-stop, it has been imperative to me that your system is reliable as I cannot afford to be off the road with mechanical issues. During the initial period after my install my vehicle required a period of settling in. Your staff were very helpful and did everything they could to minimise any inconvenience to me. You have an excellent product and I wish your company well.

Yours faithfully,
Doug Smith
Director

CITY OF SWAN COMMITS TO ROLLOUT TECHNOLOGY

The City of Swan (Swan), a City Council located North East of Perth in West
Australia, commits deployment after a hugely successful year-long trial of Global Fuel
Solutions International Pty Ltd (GFS) Dual Phase Injection system.
Swan commenced their Three-staged technology trial in April 2004, "taking a punt",
said Doug Meadow, Manager, Transport and Waste Services. Doug continued

saying:

"When GFS brought us the concept early in 2004, we were sceptical but keen to trial
a technology that could deliver fuel savings, reduce vehicle pollution and give the
engine a new lease of life, all at the same time. So, we took a staged approach.
After the first six months, we installed the second and third systems on older vehicles
and now, after another nine months, without any vehicles missing a beat, we have
taken the leap and gone to public tender for the supply of three new vehicles to be
delivered with the GFS technology fitted."

"While the daily operating times have generally reduced and the fuel cost savings are
in the order of Fifteen percent (10 -15%), which keeps the books in order, the things
we love about the system are the reductions in visual emissions and engine noise
and vibration, which pleases the community and the fact the drivers really enjoy their
day. The driveability of the vehicles has greatly improved, which has lifted team
morale considerably," adds Colin Pumphrey, Swan's Technical Officer and the trial's
project manager.

The fleet is made up of identical 4.0 litre Acco / Cummins waste services vehicles
(Three existing units shown above) each operating approximately 8.0 hours per day /
52 weeks of the year and travelling about 45,000 kilometres per year across various
routes.
Any questions regarding the DPI system at the City of Swan should be directed to:
Colin Pumphrey or Doug Meadows on (08) 9267 9427

To Richard Westaway,

My name is Paul Hutton, I am the workshop and yard supervisor for Guerinoni and son in Kununurra Recently we purchased 3 LPG gas conversions from CSMU tech, I would like to say after Installation we had normal tune up problems which can only be expected.

I must say that without the continued support of the team at CSMU this exercise would have been lot more difficult or near on impossible to achieve the results I am after. Since we installed the gas 1, of our 600hp t604s has provided us up to 1.5km to the litre, on top of our normal average of 1.3 km to litre this adds up to 2.8 km to Litre.

At a time when less than 3 trailers have been used we have achieved 3.2km to the litre. The other t604 is hauling anywhere up to 135 tonne and is achieving1.2 to 1 7km to the IItre.I found that my Nissan patrol nearly broke the 10km to the litre, fully loaded, ac on at 112 kmh, This however ended up being close to 1600km to the two standard tanks of fuel.

I recommend anyone with the intention to inquire about gas conversion come and see the team at CSMU and have the job done professionally the first time with outstanding results.1 may be contacted on 0428958153 if any Information required.

Dear Mark,

It's now been six months since I had your system installed on my Mercedes and Hino and I am extremely pleased with the fuel savings and enhanced performance. Your system does everything you said it would do. I have asked my drivers for their feedback and it's all positive. They really like the extra performance - and I'm really pleased with the cost savings. Congratulations to you and your team at CSMU Technologies. You really have a winner and I'm very glad I made the decision to go with you guys. I am proposing to have my other vehicles fitted with your system in the future and will call you to discuss.

Yours sincerely,
Andrew Hitchick

Subject: The GFSI System

Richard,

Green Trucks has made inquiries of the GFSI system and other available technologies
that use gas as an additive to diesel engines.
Green Trucks has done this using people I know from my association with the
Automotive industry. They are from a background in trucks and 4x4 vehicles and have
experience in the mechanical and sales side of the industry.
Our survey has examined other systems in Victoria and we have had discussions with
others in Adelaide.

Green Trucks will use the GFSI system as a mater of choice due to the following features-

  1. It is priced at the most beneficial system value for money.
  2. It is non intrusive. It does not require a complete re engineering of the motor, hereas other systems modify injectors and some require a complete reconfiguration of the pistons. GFSI only uses fumigation to the air intakes.
  3. It uses gas that is available at many service stations whereas others use butane or CNG or LNG.
  4. It does not attempt to replace diesel fuel, rather is supplements the fuel [ up to 20 %] at times when the engine is under load. Other systems advertise a replacement of up to 50 per cent of diesel and this creates concern with the owner as the problem of over heating and bum out is very high on their agenda.
  5. GFSI has been used by a significant number or customers that are prepared to verify the fuel savings and the extended engine repair maintenance. The reductions in emissions is the subject of further reference to a qualified third party, such as the University of Newcastle which is in progress. This letter may be passed by GFSI to third part is as long as it is not taken as any form of warranty. Green Trucks have not install a system in any truck but have relied on third parties to make inquires. Any owner who installs the system must do their own due diligence.

John Wayland

January 2007.

We fitted a GFSI- LPG system to our 2005 Mercedes Sprinter 2.91 Turbo, in July 2006, and we have never looked back. Our business is Heavy Vehicle Piloting and the Mercedes travels an average of 20,000 Km. per month, all over Australia. We are constantly monitoring fuel costs and the savings have been a consistently amazing 18%.

Power increase right across the rev. range is very noticeable, as is the reduction in engine noise level. Hard acceleration now produces no black smoke, and my engine oil change intervals from 20,000 Ks. to 30,000 Ks. The thing that most impressed us though, was the ability of the add-gas system to be monitored by the Supplier via satellite wherever we are in Australia. On several occasions now my system was accessed by GFSI for minor tuning adjustments as I travel through vastly differing climates. The system has been amazingly reliable, and never missed a beat.

We will definitely be fitting GFSI- LPG System to our new vehicles in future and we are recommending the system to every truckie we meet. In monetary terms, the system gives us a saving of $50 - $70 per day (based on 800 - 1000Ks), at savings of 8c. per litre.
